James came by this morning for our bi-yearly maintenance service and got us ready for the winter! Very knowledgeable, explained everything thoroughly and was polite and respectful throughout. Lucky to have him as our tech.

Furnace check-up by James Graham was very thorough covering two units; described clearly what the objectives were; took pictures to illustrate what he inspected & general equipment status; presented ideas for certain maintenance upgrades; was polite & respectful of cleanliness; excellent service!
